Okay, this past Tuesday I was at Dizzy Rooster (a bar i’m never in). And this HOTT girl runs up to me and says, “I know you!” I’m trying my best to recognize this girl but I can’t figure it out. She then says, “I have so many pictures of you!” Then it snaps into me how I know this girl…STOP LET’S REWIND 6 MONTHS!
Over the time span of the past 6 months on random nights when I’ve been downtown I would bump into this girl. Each time she saw me she would say something like “hey you’re cool” and would take a picture with me. Afterwards we would go our separate ways. No longer than 5 mins each time.
CUT BACK TO PRESENT DAY: I told her it was cool to see her again, but she responds “No, you don’t understand. I don’t live here but every single time I’ve ever been to Austin I’ve seen you.” Now I’m in shock/laughing wondering how that’s possible. She tells me she is a flight attendant and how she lives in Houston but is based in Las Vegas. Every now and then she has a layover in Austin and she’ll decide to go bar hopping downtown. Each time she’s ever been to Austin she’ll see random people but I’m the one person she’s happen to see each time. We finally learned each other’s name and exchanged info and I’m pretty sure we’ll be friends. But what are the odds of that happening!?
Word that’s interesting. My homie will tell you there’s no such thing as coincidence and I agree. The Alchemist tells you the universe conspires to fulfill your hearts desire.

I’m a strong believer of what’s meant to happen, will happen. Perhaps it’s the fact that you two have same likes; for instance same choice of bars or timeframe you enjoy to be out and about. Perhaps it’s something subconscious…I don’t really know how to explain it but I believe that somehow the universe, destiny, God and something else make things happen for a reason. Is there an underlying message to everything?! Yep, I believe that too.
