After being asked to post here on thefeedbak.com by Bak over the past few months (on numerous occasions)…he came up with an idea for me to post. And I promised on my life that I would. So here it is….

Do you have a drink of choice? Does your drink of choice have to be made a specific way? Does it have to be a certain brand of liquor? Frank Sinatra drank a “Dry Manhattan,” or a Jack Daniels with 3 ice cubes. He was known for throwing his drink at bartenders when the drink contained more than 3 ice cubes. (Not recommended).

Bak rolls up to me as my drink needed a freshening the other night, and kindly asked what I would like. I replied, simply, “Grey Goose rocks, 3 limes, and a straw.” Completely natural to me, but he thought it was a bit strange. He responded, “Not 1 lime, not 2 limes, but 3 limes?!” (In his Bak accent). I said, “Yes.” Sidenote: If you know me, you know I love limes and lemons with practically any food, and I use them in excess. I like to squeeze all three limes down into the vodka, and then mash them down with the straw to have a little pulp in the drink. Weird to some? Sure I know. But now you know what drink I prefer! I won’t throw it at you as Sinatra may have, if not prepared correctly…..I’ll throw it at the bartender! Just kidding.

With that being said, do you have a specific way that you prefer your drink to be served? Share it with us. And happy, responsible drinking!
